I was hiking up on the east side on highway M109 at sunrise on an August more to take the photograph BD275. I looked back to see the D H Day barn and farmhouse framed by an old apple tree and beautifully lit by the morning sun. There is a ground cover of mist in the meadow behind the barn and Little Glen Lake is perfectly still. At the same time I made the BD247 panoramic photograph that also shows the highway and the dune climb.
