Ransom Lake Spring Skim Ice Photographs

I took my dogs for a walk around Ransom lake near Lake Ann Sunday morning and made a few shots around the lake of skim ice and reflections. I was surprised at how much snow was still on the ground compared to around Crystal lake. I was happy that there was some lovely skim ice on parts of the lake as it had been around freezing the night before. Both shots are with the Nikon 24-70, hand held 5 shot hdr composites. The bottom shot is converted in Nik’s Silver Efx Pro. The dogs had a great time.
